    Exclamation Cant recover my password PLEASE HELP, anyone!

    OPS sorry for double post i was reading threads, was on 3or4 page and posted a new lol thinked i have no posts here, sleeped 7hours lol and head not working... sorry ppl u can delet this post.
    Updating this every time then i get samething new.

    Date: 15/12/2011

    Today i becomed a VIP for 1 year and buyed 6200 or 6300 turbine points.... haved problem with connection to play cuz i use wi fi connection and now trying to fix this problem.... i need to do this 4 steps and i cant find where to send them....
    -the last 4 digits of the credit card on file
    -the name of the card holder
    -the billing address on file
    -the email address you want to have on file.

    did a ticked and did forgotten password recover but no one sending me nothing.... i think they changed email adress too ;/

    PLEASE HELP ME !!!
    4hours passed: I click on Forgotten your username? in myaccount.turbine.com and they send me not my main user name... only 1 of 2... i click on Forgotten your password? and they send me nothing.... *** is going on ?

    1hour 30minits passed: i just remembered that i have a bad email on my main account, my first email is hacked long time ago 2009year and my main account was with this email.... well i hope i get back hacked email , waiting for answer from msn.net and turbine support

    7Hours passed: Got email from hacked email recover that i cant recover my old email.... ofcourse cuz i used it so long time ago.... nothing new from turbine support ;/

    1hour 30minits passed: Send again ticked with -the last 4 digits of the credit card on file
    -the name of the card holder
    -the billing address on file
    -the email address you want to have on file. Correct 100% now. and checked my bank account in the mutibank -45.99euro for 6200 or 6300 turbine points and -97.00euro for 1 year VIP membership. Nothing new.....

    10Minits passed: omg i was about to laught i clicked on Edit Your Details in this forums and there is Old email that i dont have a password from it but cant change it it says this > The password you have entered does not match your current one. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

    30minits passed: I wanna to tell u guys what heppened correctly. I entered to the game(haved break from 11/24/2011 to 12/15/2011) was lagging and cant move, Pressed Alt+F4 then logined again, same problem, i restarted PC entered to the game did half quest and PC shutteddown(restarted auto) ;/ Compiuter loaded, i logined to the game, played half quest and lagged.. in about 5minits lost connection and game closed, i logined again and was at shrines stuck and there was Yellow/Red X in corrner i was in quest Mired Kobolds FREE one lvl13 i think in the twelve on elite with full group, sameone needed Black scales i get 1 from bank and thinked will give it away to him it was white scale cuz i dont needed it but game crashed again becuse of internet (same times its very bad internet) i logined into game again and quest was finshed and no group.... was waiting for sister she have a credit card, in about 10minits she comes and i quit the game and become a VIP for 1 YEAR i logged in to game and was lagged cant move but can use DDO store i used it and buyed 6200 or 6300 turbine points( total points 6215 or 6315 ) was allrdy VIP then game crashes and i login again, All working fine i can move and do stuff and then i did logout to change character from Barblvl18fighterlvl2 to sorc lvl20 cuz he is better to do solo quest was about to do 32point build favor run BUT!! i was lagged in Crafting Hall at mailbox cant move cant use DDO store only hands are moving and head then u press Jump and then Yeallow/Red X comes UP... i rejoined the game and was half stuck in the ground i see only half of my boddy..... Pressed Alt+F4 again Tryed to login and it says The username and/or password provided is incorrect. Please try again. Username and password are case sensitive. thats all... the problem is that i cant recive email password of that account ;/ becuse i forgot to change old email to new 1.... last time i used old email it was with the same password as in DDO forums but its incorrect tryed everything nothing works... amen. sorry for my bad english


    6hours passed: Nothing new no response from DDO or support... 30hours to wait or morre ........

    Sounds like you really need to call Account Support - no one here on forums can look into your account details to fix this.

    Okay.

    Near the bottom of Victorie's post, there's a link to where you can send an email to Support. Might take a bit longer, but avoids the phone costs.

    I had the same problem this morning when i tried logging. I logged in yesterday with no problem and was on for over 2 hours. has the server been compromised? I've checked my computer for key-loggers or viruses but nothing. I reported the problem but Turbine's site says expect 2-3 business days for reply, that means I might not hear anything until Tuesday!!!! They need to be faster than that on issues like this. Now I have to call my Credit card company to cancel my card. I hope Turbine gets back to me asap. I have other free accounts to play but this in my main and the only one with card info on it. I just hope it has only been suspended, just wish they were quicker in their response time.
