Bag improvement that would make so many things better

I have 1 crafter for my account. I spend way too much time emptying bags of collectibles and ingredients and essences one stack at a time. There's a couple ways this could be less painful.

1) Add in the ability to take a bag and drop it onto another bag with the result of transferring contents from one bag to another.
2) Add an "empty" button that dumps bag contents into your backpack.
