    Default Punches to the Gut....

...are no fun to anyone. Especially for those out there who've completed 20/40/60 raids on multiple toons to only get jilted in the end reward list.

Please, Please Please /sign if you'd like to see the 20th loot list (and possibly chests on harder difficulties) drop a Raid Token of some type that you can trade in for the exact precise piece of gear you are running the older raids for.

It's pretty dis-heartening (not game breaking) but very disappointing.

I've often said 20th end lists should have EVERY raid item on the list. I am going to be VERY unhappy if I don't get the one item I want as a 20th reward after grinding a raid 20 times. Especially for something like Tod rings.

I'll /sign this IF that raid token comes on the 40th list rather than the 20th - keep the 20th random.

Getting borked on the 20th would be annoying but acceptable - Getting borked on the 40th, 60th, 80th too = UNACCEPTABLE

^this ... 20th run = guaranteed item of your choice seems a bit easy button ... but on 40th, 60th and so on ... -.-

I dunno, I think 2 months of grinding is a good days work for an item (IF you run the raid every 3 days when you're off timer). That's about my threshold I think, more grind than that and it's not playing, it's work. 4 months for one item you want......too much imo.

But I could go 30 as a compromise!

Well unless I m just extremely lucky .... I normally get some of the items I want pre-20th too ... so after the 2 months grinding you probably have most of the gear anyways and are now grinding epics to get all the tokens to slot the stuff. ... but meh 30th seems good too^^

Aye, the only thing I haven't gotten in 20 runs that I want so far (and I'm not quite to 20 on either of these yet) are those freaking boots from Von and the shield from Hox. Other than that I've managed to get most of the things I want in 20 runs from Adq, Reavers, etc.

Lotteries are not fun. This is a lottery.

There are SEVERAL stories of no Torc on the 20th, 40th, and 60th runs.
A friend of mine had to run Titan 160 times before he got his Seven Fingered Gloves on one character.
It took me 40 runs to get the Staff of the Petitioner, and luckily I did it before the borked up Abbot.
ToD is ridiculous, giving a ~40% chance of seeing a particular ring on your list due to the massive loot table.

Full list should be there, even at 20 completions I think.

It would be acceptable if the full list started at 40,60,etc. though.

No one should ever have to grind a raid 60 times and STILL not get the item they are looking for.

At that point, Turbine is pushing players away from the game, so the mechanism to make us keep playing becomes self-defeating.

It is like going to a museum and bragging about how fast you made it through. Or bragging about how fast you finished a good steak.

Default Something better than what we have now...

Offering a Token of some type that could be used in a barter window instead of the Loot list would be fanatastic.

I could understand getting choice of full list at 40. Maybe to somehow "honor" those that beat their heads against the loot brick wall or something?

Idk but in light of the Cannith Challenge Gear...And how *arguably* easy it is to obtain a piece of gear or 4 that can be much better (in some cases) than most old world raid loot...esp the ml12/16 when compared against Loot from DQ VoN Titan it seems that 20 runs of these raids takes much much longer than a couple days running challenges.

And given that Greensteel *can* be much easier for a broader player base to obtain. And is in ALOT of cases better than lower level raid loot. It still seems that 20 runs of a raid that drops BTC loot takes longer than crafting your first GS item and is PLENTY to get a choice from full list.

Havn't run MA or LoB yet but I'd be willing to bet that takes somewhat less time to obtain and craft some Alchemical Gear to Tier 2 than it does to run 20 GD DQs...

/signed (the original idea as written by the OP)

Sure wish this could be implemented before the end of next week, since I've got both my 20th VoD and 20th ToD scheduled to be done by then

/Signed to the return of the Static Reward List at chain end ( all the chain named items for that chain in the list ) as it is the same system that works on the 20th/40th/... raid reward list.
    As such

Still looking for raid items after 120 completions. I guess I am a glutton for punishment.

Then on Abbot you see 3 or 4 named items on 80th completion? Why is that?

A friend of mine ran 246 DQ's and never got a Torc on his list. Only saw it drop a handful of times. He doesn't play anymore...

I know it is not a popular opinion, but I would be much happier if named loot *stopped* dropping after completion #20. There is a mindset that we are due the loot, and I would prefer that were the case.

I think it also leads to a lot of builds that end up very similar because everyone can, eventually, get the exact loot they want. If there were a cut off, then that may change.

Like I said, I know that isn't a popular opinion.

It wouldn't change anything about what people want, they would just reroll/TR and try again. The only change would be to greatly increase the amount of grind "required", and I can assure you that would not be well-received.
