short man's short-termism?!
well, I'd shorten completion time to 1/3 and get full roster.
Usually, I give away a shard which one don't need to loot. ex) torc,greenblade,chaosblade etc
Also, I have an experience receiving free shards from non-guildy users. ex) my first sirroco,ravensight etc
I know regular & guidly party provide lowest chance of failure.
But, be sure to remind what I said ' not a league of their own '
Even though, It's totally up to you.
Did I expect great things from a few good men guild & hit the nail on the head?
