Its the uber luck charm I once pulled, and only euro zone crisis is reason why I wonder how much its worth.
About how it works, it is giving me a luck bonus on all loot drops.
Proof is simple: I never, ever saw any +3 tome outside of shroud 20th reward list, and a while ago, one dropped from DDO store for me!
So, how do you think, what is its estimated value?

id say its just not payable, only tons of luck and more halfling sacrifices will get u one - its too ridiculously good
