Greater Command, Hold Person, Symbol of Persuasion, Soundburst definitely (off the top of my head).

Cometfall and Blade Barrier should probably be heightened as well but it depends a little bit on content due to reflex saves usually being low. Unfortunately I don't know exactly what the cutoffs are for various reflex saves but in general I'd be inclined to heighten them too unless I had very specific knowledge about mobs reflex saves.

I'd also say destruction and slay living are worth when heighened.

and lets not forget, never heighten heal personally I also dont heighten BB (and I heighten but dont empower/maximize cometfall), but that is kind of a grey area, there are pros and cons to both heightening it or not. Anything that is either crowd control or instakill definitely needs to be heightened though.

Almost everything. Turn Heighten on. Turn it off for Heal spell. Call it good.
