    Default Upgrading from Low-Res to High-res

    I'm wondering if there is an easy way to get the files for the High Resolution version for DDO without uninstalling the regular resolution and then installing the high resolution. Thanks in advance

    you don't need to uninstall anything, just download the hi-res client and launch it. Once inside, crank your texture settings up to Ultra high. You'll get a message saying you need to restart the client for changes to take effect, so quit, and relaunch.

    But there's no way to just append to my existing installation the Hi Res files? I would like to avoid downloading 5gb's when I could just download the 2gb extra that is in the High Res version
