Thumbs down 1 in 18 drop rate on Reaver seals? Come on Turbine...

So, 3 Reaver runs, 2 seals drop. Good news is they drop. Bad news is it's not even 1 per run in a full raid. It's a very small sampling, so I would love to hear others experiences to flesh out the drop rate.

Love the idea of upgraded items, Reaver stuff was generally lame at this point in game. Thank you Turbine for making it relevant again. Screw you Turbine for creating more grind.

Yes, before the flames come, I would like to see a least a 15% drop rate. I don't want to grind grind grind....

Did 3 runs so far. 1st dropped 1, 2nd dropped 2, 3 dropped 0. Full raids every time.

    Default 3

Was how many I had on the first run after the release. Just haven't bothered running again, but anecdotally it seems like it may be averaging 1-2, which is honestly not all that bad.

4 in my only run since the update. Thought that was going to be the norm

    We'll see.

Did lotsa runs.. I'd say droprates around 1 in 6, similar to red scales.

Some runs had 0, but others had 3-4 to make up for that.

Well, 1 tome in 60 runs, so I say seals got better drop rates.

I still feel that they should be a "between reward turn in".

Every....(8?) runs you get a seal. Something to that effect, hell make it a set of 3 of them after completing 20 runs. Doesn't really matter to me, but I feel that tossing 'em in the chest randomly generates lots of aggro. Need to get some threat reduction methinks.

Same applies for Abbot, though that might want to be every 10 runs.

Limited sample size here too but 6 seals in 47 pulls and they were frequently offered for roll so give a few weeks and you'll surely have all the seal you need. Fair chance imho.

In my experience the drop rate isn't low.

Best of all, they are account bound. If you want them on one toon, you can run all of your Reaver flagged toons through the raid hunting the seals you need.

One run, 12-man, two seals, two named items.

On the other hand, seeing a seal for roll will be a rare sight.

So, I've run 12 total, counting my wife's too. 1 Seal between us, and one madstone boot drop between us. Pretty good drop rate IMO, and I feel it's really more like 1 in 6 as many of us have said and how I feel from those 12 raids. Only 2 of the 12 were the parties "skunked" and in most 2-3 seals dropped every time. I was keeping track for a while but 1 in 6 seems about right.
