It's not entirely frictionless - plus it is certainly not buying something like a eSOS or Lit2.

Personally I don't think it is any worse than buying a +3 tome.

It is bad for the game.

It's not the money thats in turbine pockets, or the items changing hands thats bad tho.

It's the guy whos eventually gona get ripped off for real life money and be very upset. Not saying the OP will do this, but it will happen eventaully.
