[Help]Item build help for 14 bard/4fighter/2rogue

Hello. I just returned after taking a yearlong break, and I am looking for assistance with 2 item builds for my bard/fighter/rogue. I am not going to be using my rogue abilities because I have found it hard to keep commitments to my bard skillpoints like concentration, balance, and perform while keeping up my rogue abilities. My goal is for getting a decent amount of DPS oriented items, getting +6 or +7 in all skills but intelligence. I also want to get some good AC, save bonuses and maybe an item set or two to help would be nice, if possible.
Note:My build is a DPS oriented bard who can also do his job as a bard adequately while dealing out enough DPS to run with the big boys.
*I already have a good pair of Earthgrab heavy picks I can use, so weapons are not an issue.
*I also have decided to get marilith chain, unless you strongly suggest something else, I would like to use this.

Build 1) I would like to Minos Legens on it and the equipment should be wieldable by level 15 or lower. items would be ok aswell. This build will be wearing light armor(This build shouldn't be too difficult to obtain, but may take some effort)

Build 2)I basically want my endgame build. I don't care how long it takes to get the items from here to be honest. Any item is acceptable as long as it follows part of the build. Again. I need stats, AC, and DPS, and saves would be great aswell.

For the endgame you can obviously change minos legens..

Build 1 : go check around the cannith challenges for some basic epic item of some utility. Fabricator set from house Cannith is good to slot your bracers and gloves, tharne's goggles are rather easy to get. A healing amp DT could be nice too. MAny ways to go, just grab what you can.




Build 2 :

I'd simply recommend the basic melee setup that many melees are aiming for :

Helm: Epic Helm of the Frost (w/GFL)
Cloak: Epic Evenomed CLoack (w/ thoughness)
Neck: shintao cord
Goggles: Tharne's
Trinket: Litany of the dead
Wrists: Epic bracers of the claw
Belt: Colethonis' belt
Boots: Epic boots of corrosion/Madstone
Gloves: Epic gloves of the claw
Ring1: Ravager ring (w/ +2 exc STR)
Ring2: Kyosho ring (w/ 20% healing amp)
Armor : Epic maritlih chain i think. A DT robe can do it too. Epic deneith chain is real good too now. Many solution. Red robe is good too.

Recommending a universal DPS set up to a bard make no sense, a warchanter w.o GS is literally gimp.
Aim for 39 umd then more Hp then DPS.

This doesnt include obvious hotswaps like a GS CHA item, tho, people tend to underestime the melee abilities of a nicely geared warchanter. In addition, he is after dps, so here is a dps set.
With this gear setup and on a warforged (14 bard 6 fighter) i had no issue to umd anything, nor with fasciniting, and i had no CHA skill GS on.
A good warchanter can reach REALLY nice dps.
Ok, heavy picks may not be the best for max dps output, but not bad still
