    Without manyshot or 10,000 stars or Improved Precise Shot, archery is very weak.

    You really just can't make a bow user who doesn't have manyshiot. It's pontless without at least manyshot.

    You might be better off with some kind of artificer splash and using repeating crossbows.

    Or take 2 ranger and swap the fighter with mage to qualify for Arcane Archer enhancements on an elf or Helf.

    Have a look at my Radiant Archer thread. Some quick tips: consider an extra rgr or ftr lvl to get 1 more feat; consider dropping ftr for wiz (which gains a free meta & let's you drop MT for AA pre-req, essentially a 1 feat gain); drop IMT for either another meta (Quicken is a must-have, IMHO, and Maximize is a very good idea) or ranged feat; and strongly consider squeezing in Rapid Shot & Manyshot if you want to do "real" burst DPS with your bow.

    Oh I didn't notice he doesn't have Quicken... Quicken is an upper level must have on a healing cleric. You don't have to have it on all the time, but in some raids/quests it's absolutely required.

    Why a level of fighter instead of a level of monk? You still get a feat, plus the bonus to AC. Honestly, I would squeeze in 2 levels of monk because you get 2 feats and evasion.

    Of course I know the feats are limited, and I don't play monks so I'm not overly familiar with the feat options... Pretty sure Zen Archery is one of them.

    because i dont have the monk so i cant take it.

    I dont need manyshot because i want to be more healer but with the AA damage i can at least do something to the mob. So dont really need manyshot

    I'll be a bit blunter than my first post - your original build is not very good. You went for max WIS, but you took no metamagics or Smiting enhs to boost your spell DPS; you spent over half your chosen feats on ranged combat but don't take the one which will give you 2x-4x ranged DPS 20 secs. out of every 120; IMT is a waste of a feat slot on a build which is very short on them; and without Max, Emp, and Quicken, you're not even the best healer you could be.

    Given that you don't have monk - and I'm guessing no half-elves either - I recommend elf rgr 2 / wiz 1 / cleric 17. Base stats: something like 14 / 16 / 14 / 8 / 16 / 8 with level-ups into WIS; could start 12 / 16 / 12 / 8 / 18 / 8 if you really want max WIS, though IMHO the +1 DCs isn't worth giving up +1 dmg (Bow STR) & +20 HPs. Feats: PBS, WF Ranged, Manyshot (need at least +1 DEX tome), Toughness, Emp Heal, Quicken, and Maximize, with one left over for, say, Zen Archery, Imp Crit Ranged, or Empower (Bow STR & Rapid Shot are free from rgr). Compared to your original build, it will have more HPs (Toughness + extra CON), better healing and better offensive spells (Quicken + Maximize + Smiting enhs), and better burst ranged DPS (Manyshot) while giving up very little (-2 WIS).

    In short, I recommend something like this:

    Again, see my Radiant Archer thread, which is based on HEs. EDIT: I'd probably recommend the ftr 2 / wiz 1 version for someone w/out monk.

    Listen to Un. Seriously.

    You want Manyshot, glad to see you included it.

    I have his monk 2/ wiz 1 version up to level 14 at the moment. In fact, I have been meaning to post in that thread, I think I'll go do that.

    On your most recent update of the build, drop Mental Toughness for Toughness and don't look back. 184 hp at 20 is too low. Drop your starting wis by 2 and put it into con, and maybe some love for cha for turns (burst uses).
