Is Crafting Success Booster BtA or BtC?

Crafting Success Booster is on sale today; I want to make sure it ends up on toon who can make best use of it.

Yes, Turbine doesn't like to put too much important pertinent information on their store. I would hazard to guess they are BtC, as they are not able to be purchased at the loading screen like other BtA items and features.

I would look to try and purchase it on the character you want to use it on, just in case. If possible, ie if you've actually created them yet.

Was XP'ing on my not-a-crafter toon, decided to see well, i guess I will have to use a few 35% since they are on sale. I opened my shared bank, grabbed them from the DDO store, tried dragging them into bank. Nope. BTC on a useless alt. Only snagged 25 so not much loss.

This is a change - they were previously bta. I think it's reasonable to request a refund or ask them to move it to another character since they behavior was changed.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, today the store 35% sale landed BTC for my non crafting toon, look, i don't even care any more, just want ppl to know about ddo crafting store fail.
