High Res Client in Ultra with Eyefinity Possible?

Okay, I've seen older posts on eyefinity and running Ultra DX11 (There were problems back then with DX11 Water)

I am building a new system, hopefully the last of the parts will be in tomorrow and one thing I am looking for more than anything is I want to run DDO High Res client on Ultra Settings (Everything) and still have the game scream.

Also, how will this be affected if I use 3x 27" Monitors @ 5760x1080 using Eyefinity?

So eyefinity w/ 3x Monitors all at Ultra Settings on High Res client...

Here is what I am going to run and how I want to run it:

Intel Core i7 LGA2011 3930K @ 4.2Ghz.
Cooled by Intel Liquid Cooler RTS2011LC
XFX Radeon HD 6990 w/ 4Gb GDDR5 & OC button on
32GB Patriot Viper Extreme DDR3 PC16k Quad CH @ 2.0Ghz
ASUS Rampage 4 Extreme Motherboard
240Gb OCZ Vertex 3, 6Gbps SATA 3 SSD
It'll be in a Thermaltake MK-I Case w/ Lots of fans & airflow.

I'll be adding a raid 5 later when physical HDD prices come down, but for now I'm not going to transfer all my stuff to it, just Windows 7 Ultimate x64 & DDO

Is anyone out there running eyefinity 3x & settings at Ultra on high res?

If so, what system build are you doing it on?
