Unnerf Mineral II Weapons

It's powerful as it is, especially for such a low ML weapon. You can still go through most of the game w/ a Min2 weapon and do just fine. It doesn't need buffing--the original nerf was a good idea.

Min2 was never the king vs all mobs, or against any mob. Ignorant people thinking it was/is is the real problem

Well, it was the king of convenience. Remember that it used to bypass Slashing, Blunt and Piercing DR as well for quite a while.

I'd like MinII to bypass "Crystal" DR too. especially with addition to quori in eLoB it *might* come in handy sometimes.
