Since I haven't received enough favor yet in house "C",my question is this. As a VIP with enough favor to build a new character at Level Four my question is this: If I purchase a Artificer Class from the DDO Store will I be able to start it at Level Four? We would appreciate all input. Thanks.

This was not always the case but the answer now is that yes you can start at level 4 now.
