PnP Ranger

Hi All

Havent played paper in a while. Friend bought a premade 3.5 quest and wants to run a group. He asked that at least one player have tracking skills. I volunteered to be a ranger.

I prefer the tempest route. The group is lvl 5. No magic items to start. Enough money to buy common gear and weapons.

I'm looking at dwarf to start, dual welding daxes. Str based with con and wis. DM is giving enough pts not to be too concerned about stat shortages.

I'm more concerned with feats and skills. Any advice here?
