Default Withdrawl from bank, not been on in forever

So I have not played DDO or LOTRO or any turbine game in a while, checked my bank statement today and, hey look! A charge for 14.99 that i obviously did not put on my card!

Exact wording : POS Withdrawal TWX*TURBINE, INC. 781-407-4020 MAUS

I want this fixed ASAP, i dont have the phone minutes to sit for hours waiting to be talked to on the customer service line, and i am not happy that there is action in my account, this is all going to be cancelled for my own safety.

I need to know where this came from and how to fix this and kill all my accounts with turbine

If you had a problem with the bank charging you some unknown fee, and then you walked into the bank, and then over to the waiting area other customers are sitting in, and then shoved your bank statement in their faces and started screaming "fix it fix it fix it fix it!"...

...would you really expect them to be able to help you?

It might be better for you to contact turbine via telephone is all I'm trying to say.

    Also...
Account Management phone support is available from Noon to 8:45pm (Eastern Time) Monday - Friday at (781) 407-4020.

Account Management Assistance Need help with your account? Get help from other players here.
This is a player help forum, not Turbine support forum. Turbine does not do support on the forums.

Calling them will resolve this issue in less than 5-10 minutes. My longest hold time with Turbine has only been a few minutes.

And remember that when asking for help, it pays to be polite. The people on the phone don't deserve you yelling at them, they had nothing to do with the situation but they're there to help you resolve it.
