    Default Turbine points disappearing

    I've started playing this game again after a long break. I still had 470 points left in my turbine store from the last time i played ddo. Everytime i open my ddo store however, points seem to be missing. When i check my purchase history I see they are just taken away with no aparent reason stated. If there is a reason for the confiscation of these points I would like to be told. If this is however a mistake, where do I report it.
