Crafting Repeating Xbow for LoB.

Simple rule check.

I m a going to craft a +5 Holy Repeating Xbow of Greater Construct Bane and use Standard Adamantine Bolts form Deneith.

but the ammo will end up costing a bunch.

1) I think it s the good way to go for Lob and Cannith mission on general. if you have better solution, please tell me

2) is there any chance i can put my hand on a Adamantium Xbow (is that even possible)

3° Is there a point in +3 Adamantine (In D&D Xbow + and BoltS + don't stack)

Go Holy Burst instead of just Holy; if you can do GCB you can do it.

It takes +13 potential, but is worth the difference.

Yeah; I know of no tricks whatsoever for getting around having to just use the right type of bolts on your crossbow for DR unless you want to give up your 1d6 elemental damage imbue for an addy imbue if you're also lucky enough to have guaranteed access to an artificer.

A good question about adamantine crossbows. I found one, but my question is, will it actually help me bypass DR or do I need the bolts? The alchemical crossbows have a material, so I'm guessing the crossbow material will bypass DR, but can someone confirm? Thanks!

I have in the past used regular arrows with a metalline longbow and successfully bypassed golem DR, and I assume the same would be true of a crossbow (given no coding errors, of course).

Really? You found an adamantine repeater? I wasn't aware that missile weapons could have metallic qualities. If you have an adamantine crossbow, it is priceless! As for Metalline, you are better off spending the coin on adamantine bolts, since Metalline will cost you a prefix (in this case holy/holy burst).

Flametouched Alchemical Longbow does grant the good property to the arrows. Unsure about the other materials, but signs point to yes.

It will, but you can't get metal type bows except for the Alchemical bows.

You can put Metalline on your bow as a prefix, but that means you can't put Holy/Holy Burst on it. Because of that, you're probably better off just getting the Adamantine bolts. They're really not that expensive, anyway. 100 Adamantine Bolts is just 60 plat. 1000 Admantine Bolts is just 600 plat. You can't carry more than 1000 bolts in a Thin Deneith Quver anyway, so that's dirt cheap for a run through LoB.

Well, I got excited and went back to check my crossbow, but it is metalline, and not adamantine. Got it mixed up with another item I got at the same time. Sorry for the error. Might be that alchemical weapons are the only way for crossbows.

Bolt enhancement bonuses do not stack with the Xbow.

I will check battle engineer and enchan weapons.
