    Default Sources of +7 INT?

Really, really trying to avoid having to grind (pike) Abbot for a Litany and I need another point somewhere. Besides the robe in eChrono what are the other sources of +7 Int?

It sucks being a caster in Litany. But you probably want the Staff of the Petitioner anyway. Staff of the Petitioner + Epic Diabolist cover Necro, Enchant and Conjuration, along with +7 INT and -10% SP. And of course, surely you want Litany. Also, you don't pike if you do tiles.

The Chrono robe is really easy to get... Everyone will pass you the seal and the shard if they show up... 5-7 runs and you'll have them... And the scroll is fairly cheap to buy.

Sometimes you can get really lucky and get all 3 pieces on one run... happened to me... I think it was cause I did my proper sacrifice of a puppy to the loot gods though.

If the eChrono robe isn't what he was aiming for, I'm going to assume that he doesn't want a robe at all. Because that one's easy to get, and he's asking for alternatives. Probably a PM with a Mabar Robe.
If that assumption is correct, then the Staff of Inner Sight is your best bet. Luckily the mechanics for the Desert scrolls just threw you a bone on this whole deal.

The Epic Staff of Inner Sight is pretty good. That's what I use on my PM.

I actually run around with that equipped, step into quest, activate Lich form, activate Vile Blasphemy, swap to Staff of the Petitioner, buff, swap back to Inner Sight.

Would be really nice to get +7 Int on a 1-hander and/or a helm/ring/cloak/goggles/gloves slot, since 1-handed weapons are the prime source for Potency, Spell Pen, Arcane Augmentation and Lore effects, and the staff locks those out.

Yeah can't have everything at the same time, but it's only a swap away.

Staff when CCing/wailing : 7 int +1 exc. (slotted or on ring) + 2dc to all schools is all you need, with magewright spectacles for spell pen IX

Cove dagger and/or alchemical weapon when nuking/doting
On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero
Yes, i'm french and i do eat frogs alive, so don't mess with me when i'm hungry

I use the buffer from The Twelve on the airship for full-time Minor Spell Pen IX, and have an Epic Shaman's Band for when I need the extra +1 there.

When nuking (non-Necro spells, since Epic Robe of Shadow covers those), I swap to the Cove Dagger + Greenblade, which conveniently also ensures that I have Spell Pen IX running in case I need it. Sometimes, if I'm mixing CC and nukes a lot, I'll swap Torc for Noxious Embers and rely on Amrath belt clickies to have all of it at once. Reasonable in specific places, but not as a normal mode of operation.

I probably can already make it.

But the Boon of Undeath from the Epic Robe of night just looks so sexy.

This is what I'm aiming for, epic CoF isn't that painful so that's probably what I'm gonna hunt down.

    CoF?
If you have the Epic Robe of Shadow I would definitely do one of the following:

    • Go for Inner Sight
    • Go for Litany
    • Abandon that extra 1 Int you're after

Ah. The context and sentence structure made me think he was talking about an item, not a quest. Yeah, Chains isn't too bad.
