Blindness on Bosses?

Alright, I'm looking to my fellow rogues for this one. I've got my Rad II Rapier and I love it. My question is does blindness works on red names? I checked the wiki and searched the forums and I know they have a lot of immunities but blindness is not specifically mentioned.

My follow up question is if they do get blinded, will this result in a 100% SA proc rate? Or will the SA still be blocked depending on their fortification?

Edit: Ok, so the general consensus seems to be...
- Blindness does not work on Red names. Orange names can be blinded though.
- Fortification is not bypassed on blindness or any other effect that allows SA (Deception, Bluff etc)
- Deception works on Red names
