Reavers Items and the Stone of change

I know the seals are supposed to start dropping with the new patch but I don't see where we can use the stone of change yet on our old raid loot. Tried a few items last night with no luck. Anyone have any luck, or am I missing something?

Regarding existing loot - the stone of change recipes didn't make it in yet. We're trying to get them in but they may not be ready until a later patch. Long story short: don't smash your old gear, it'll still be good to upgrade with.

I can't find the quote, but one of the Devs said it wouldn't make it in this patch but would happen....soon.
