Epic Lailat will destroy a lawful good character.

Unless you are a Pally, lawful good isn't needed, ever. (and is in fact the "worst")

Good gives nothing (ignoring umd, and even then... why bother with pure good when you can go "Holy -metal- of bane" or "Holy burst -metal- of Greater bane"), lawful has *some* situational benefits (like not being damaged by "orders wrath")

Benefit of chaotic will generally allow you to survive E lailat when you might not otherwise (more of a factor with the new comet fall knockdowns now)

Stability from true neutral is kind of "meh" ...the ac shouldn't come into play on a caster (you want to get hit anyways.. torc and all that) and +1 to saves compared to Epic Envenomed cloak

I prefer More Hp's more than reflex save, Since i dont have evasion anyways. Besides 25-30 reflex save still isnt great for anything really. Fully Buffed I have over 600 hps easy.

With 50 int and IR you should be able to reach 40 Reflex save easily...

Actually, a 35-40 Reflex (definitely doable on a pure wizard) is worth well over 100 HP. Not getting knocked down by Cometfall, being able to run through enemy Blade Barriers almost without a care...even if we're talking about someone who plays at a high level of precision and skill all the time, it pays off big time! Insightful Reflexes is well worth a feat slot. If it weren't for the fact that Lich form requires Toughness, I would definitely recommend any reasonably geared wizard drop Toughness for IR. That beefy Reflex save is definitely worth more than 42 HP.

As for max Int, the theoretical breakdown can be found in my sig. Yours looks pretty sweet.
