Shrouds getting it, why not Epics

Dev's please change the end reward list for all epic quests / raids to include chances for tomes, shards, seals, and scrolls.

The end reward list for epics as they stand are a joke.

Your making it easier in shroud, so time to make our epic grind easier too.

As much as people are complaining about running the vale quests over and over to get ingredients to make weapons, running epics over and over and over again is far worse to hope to get an item to make your epic items.

It does require a new mechanism that detects the difficulty you ran the quest on, but I think it makes a ton of sense that casual end rewards should be worse than elite end rewards anyway.

There is actually a much easier way. Have a new type of collectible/token/whatnot that drops in the end chest, much like the epic raid token we already have. There is a quest giver outside that will give you an end reward for handing in this token. Think of it much like the high level whisperdoom quest collectible rewards in a way. If it's simply generic high level end rewards, then you could keep it simple with a single NPC turnin in the game. If you want it pack specific, you can have one NPC in the area for that pack and the "token" would be different for each pack (desert token, carnival token, desert raid token, etc). There would be a few minor details to work out like if you could stockpile the tokens for mass turnins later, but the basic tech would be relatively easy to add if they chose to.

I'm tired of having run eADQ1 nearly 80 times and still not having anyone in the group pull an niche item shard.
I also got tired of running eOOB 36 times before I pulled my Spectral Gloves seal.
I got tired of running eSmallProblem 32 times before I got my Mask of Comedy seal.
My guildmate is tired of having completed eWizKing nearly 60 times and still hasn't pulled his Spectacles of Spirit Sight shard.

Some grind is appropriate, fine, and acceptable. Random lotteries, where each run is getting you no closer to your goal, are not.

They did not. I know you jest, Turbine doesn't replace anything, they just toss some spray paint on it, grease the bearings and call it new.
