cant see all of item stats

I have been gone for a bit and i am getting ready to TR a toon a have some of the old gs weapons with level 8 on them. when i try to see what ones i have at that level i cant see the top part. my res is set to 1280x800. that is the max my system will let me do. laptop. i put a help ticket in and it was closed saying cant help you. can anyone here tell me how i can get to see the top of the item at my res. thank you

I believe there is a check box in the options > UI section

"show full item description" or something like that. Try toggling that.

At work so can't look atm.
