Well thankfully, he was stationary rather than mobile in the wall. So we got him down to nothing, killed the other three, killed him, rolled on.

not true. if you're VIP they'll get to you almost instantly to tell you they can't do anything to help. (j/k, sort of... i've actually seen GMs help before. but i usually see them send a canned response and that's it).

I'm VIP. Less than two weeks ago, the LAST time I had one of the Shroud minibosses get itself stuck somewhere, the GM took 25 minutes. We'd already reformed at that point.

Sorc life, elite ETK. Kobold gets stuck behind the fire barrier. Wait 50 minutes. "GM: Can't do anything for you."

Funny how they lie sometimes, because I had a very similar thing happen when I was soloing elite Frame Work. Boss minotaur got stuck in a building, GM answered in 10 minutes and killed boss for me so I could complete.

Some of them really just don't give a ____ about us.

I was thinkin maybe summon a Hezrou. People like those for killing crystals.

Or, throw 3 firewalls on the crystal, run off to where the party is dealing with the lieutenants and help kill them quickly before your firewalls go out. Then the crystal's barrier comes down, and the crystal shatters when your firewalls all tick away.

why don't you like the stacking firewall method? i understand about the ice storm it's slow and stupid but stacking the firewalls=instapop it's dead before you could even tab it to cast your disintegrate
