    Default Frequent Launcher Freezes

    Before:

I put in my account and password, have the "Enter last world" option selected, and hit "Log in."
The screen with the server list is up for a matter of seconds, then a green check mark appears besides Argonnessen and I move on to the next screen.

For the past couple of days:
The launcher frequently hangs on the screen with the server list. The entire interface becomes unresponsive. I timed it to 5 minutes, then killed it with ctrl-alt-delete.

I don't think it has anything to do with my larger internet connectivity, because (obviously) here I am posting on the forums. Nothing dramatic has changed about my system over the past couple days. Has anyone else experienced this, and (hopefully) found a solution?

I'd give the steps recommended in the kb article here a run-through.

    Thanks Mirthgar!

It stopped happening today, but if it starts again I'll be sure to give those a try. With that said, the fact that it stopped happening today suggests to me that it's more likely something on your collective end than it is on mine.
