Problem with Vip

so, last month i changed to vip for the 500 points right?
Well, here's what happen i changed to vip then i check to see if i got the points but, nope i did not
so then i wait a whole month to check if my points come in and still nothing. so i then unsubscribed the last day to check and still nothing...
Any solutions?
Edit: and i did go to the main site first, but still not a reply besides a automated message saying it comes within 48 hrs...

It's a holiday weekend right now, so you probably won't get an answer on here for a while.

Usually calling Customer Support resolves this issue that constantly came up for me when I was VIP. So if you call tomorrow, they should be able to give you the points that you never received.
