Warforged plating is armor bonus too. Red dragonscale docent is a +6/reinforced+3, that gives an unarmored warforged (base plate 2) a total of +11 armor bonus. The bracers do nothing on this setup.

Note: I have 5 Nat armor but thats only because for a Lvl 18 Arty a +3 Barkskin Pot = +5 due to caster level increase otherwsie I'm pretty sure only epic items have that effect unless some of the new stuff has it.
