i purchased one of these bundles two days ago, and i have been trying to buy another one but i keep getting the message that this cannot be processed at this time. Why is that? There is no disclaimer that you can only buy one bundle. Anyone else having this issue? I would like to buy more TP's at this price to prepare for the years purchases.

I was able to get two, it was done on two differnet charatcers. It shouldn't make any difference but.....

I had the same problem a few weeks ago.
Could only buy one point bundle on the one account and it didn't let me purchase another even after a few days.
I contacted support.Disappointed and without trust in the powers that be.
