MyDDO character page rank is incorrectly displayed.

I have been noticing that my MyDDO webpage is not correctly displaying the current rank of my characters even though the xp and stats are displaying correctly.

Nothing new here, MyDDO is broken.

For some of us it shows characters that are month old...

There is a delay between what happens in-game and what is reported on the character pages. This delay may vary or not update at all.

You can tell when the character information was read from the game by the 'Data Last Updated' date on the bottom of your character page (in the red bar right below resistances)

This is considered a duplicate thread. If your character pages do not update for more than a week, add the information you posted here to this thread:

Thank you for the response, but I do not think it is as simple as that. I just checked the page and it states that the data was last updated at this time:

Data Last Updated: 11/25/2011 12:35 am

I have not played on this character since last night and the page has correctly updated the xp I received last night before I logged off (i.e. I have 590,593 xp according to my character sheet and the bar on the bottom of my screen and 590,593 xp according to the MyDDO page). I do not mean to continue a duplicate thread, but the page is correctly updating, but it is not calculating the rank correctly.

If you believe that it still belongs in the other thread, should I move my first post to that thread, or simply let this thread die? Again, thank you for your response.
