Bound to Account and Guild Augment Slot

I recently started crafting on BTA blanks for low level twink gear (Masterful Craftsmanship ) like Health +4 Necklace, Ring of Improved False Life ... ml 5 that I can pass to alts.

But then I realized I was missing something from BTC crafted items: guild augment slots!
+20hp or +80sp at lvl 6 is really nice, but I haven't seen any BTA item with a guild augment slot.

So here I ask for your wisdom: Is there a small chance that BTA quest/chain end rewards randomly generated gear can have a guild augment slot (like unbound gear in quest rewards)?

No clue if it's possible or not but I can't remember seeing one pop up on a list yet of any size and I usually at least hover over most of them items on quest reward lists checking for large augment slots.

I guess they just forgot to put the Augment Slots in the random tables for BTA rewards.
