rogue enhancement question

I have a level 20 drow rogue. I just reset my enhancements to be able to take the wand and scroll mastery enhancements. My question is: Should I spend 4 enhancement points on taking both elven and rogue dex 1 which would raise my dex 2, or should I spend those 4 points on wand and scroll mastery 4?

Depends on your attributes/feats. If you're finesse, you have no other choice than maxing your dex, otherwise your to-hit may suffer a lot. If you're str-based, you don't really need those dex enhancements and a high scroll mastery would be useful to help healing in raids.
If you do the LoB or MA raids, you should also try to include Wrack constructs.
