Despite rolling 20s and confirming crits, I can't seem to make the ring proc.
Tried the below on gnolls and hobgoblins. Both are humanoid in the ddo sense to the best of my recollection.
Didn't work with a crossbow while wearing Wind Howler's, so figured that could be interfering and took them off.
Still didn't work on a 20 confirmed crit, despite no other vorpal proc items on.
Might be a a ranged issue, so tried with a melee weapon.
Again, nothing despite a confirmed 20 crit.
Has anyone got it to work? Using the epic tier 2 version if it matters.

Ring of the Stalker Manslayer ability doesn't work?

In Von 3 the breakables in the Troll Ambassador optional room are slow to get to and unnecessary for ransack.
Blind insta-kills floating eye balls.

The manslayer ability is not working for me either. I have tested it on half orcs and drow. I have the lvl 12 version.

The Manslayer ability is not working atm. Tested on lv 12,16 and 20 versions.
Currently broken.
