Already reported this bug, wanted to throw it up here for some feedback. BTW Turbine, your in game ticket submission is broken YET AGAIN! Not cool.

I can no longer talk to Vorace <Draconic Scholar> in Reavers Reach. This life after TRing I did all flagging quests, got essences and did SOS. Took the draconic runes to Vorace to trade in for an Eberron essence because I didn't have another on me to run SOS again and turned in my 50 draconic runes. He took the runes but did not give me the essence, I do not care if I get these back. The bigger part of the bug consists of Vorace no longer speaking to me. I have tried everything from logging out, redoing SOS, to waiting over a week now. No change.

Step-by-Step instructions

Step 1> Flag for Stealer of Souls
Step 2> Complete Stealer of Souls
Step 3> Collect end reward to Stealer of Souls (50 draconic runes)
Step 4> Talk to Vorace <Draconic Scholar>
Step 5> Turn in the 50 Draconic Runes for an Eberron Dragonshard Essence.
Step 6> Notice you no longer have the Draconic Runes
Step 7> Notice you did not get the Eberron Dragonshard Essence.
Step 8> Talk to Vorace again.
Step 9> Notice no dialog window pops up.

You are no longer able to trade in Draconic Runes.

Yet again I state that your in game ticket system is BROKE. As in the ticket does NOT submit. If there is another way of doing this let me know because I am unawares of it.
