Someone check me on this, but Blur does not seem to be working any more. Went through the house D chain and in shadowcrypt. All hits were made. No blurry messages popped for misses. Sat there and let them pound on me for a bit and all hits seemed to have connected. Didn't see anything in combat log to account for Blur either. I am not sure about shadow crypt, but figure not everything in the House D chain would have TS.

Been working fine for me on 4 of my alts. Both cast blurs and trinket blurs.

yeah. finally went off. Not sure if it was a "miss cast" like the Firewall that hits nothing or I just had a string of rolls for a whole quest. I would doubt the possibility of the second, but I am talking about the trubine random number generator. So probably the second it is.
