Favor from Challenges = missing out on favor reward store points?

I realize that there is a bug with challenges where the favor awarded is not showing up on the patrons tab of the adventure compendium until after you log out and back in. Given that, I should have realized that this bug might conflict with the granting of turbine points when reaching 100 point milestones. Sure enough, I found out first hand that it does.

I wasn't paying attention to my total favor and ended up getting above 3000 from doing a challenge. I received no in game mail, nor the 25 turbine points I should have been awarded when reaching 3000 total favor. To top it all off, this is my first time getting to 3000 on the server (Orien) and I should have received a bonus 100 turbine points but again, no in game mail nor turbine points were received.

I did try logging out and back in. I tried closing my client completely and starting the game again. Am I out of luck or is there any chance (or way) that the points will still be granted?

It can take up to 24 hours for you to receive Turbine Points for Favor earned in game. If its been that long and you check the Points History in the DDO Store and still don't see them, you may want to contact the Account Management team so they can look into it. They will be happy to help!

Thanks for the response. It's been over 36 hours so I went ahead and submitted a ticket. I opted to post here initially so that the issue could be made known to other players as well so they can take steps to avoid being affected by it. Here's hoping that it can get fixed soon.

I had the exact same issue. I reached 3500 favor in a challenge and received no in-game mail or turbine points within 48 hours. As suggested here, I put in a ticket with account management and they resolved the issue and 25 points were credited to my account within the week. Just so others know, this works.
