Can't Access "Report a Bug"

One of my characters has blindness which it received from Erath in the Sands of Menechtaran quest "Chains of Flame" and even after exiting the quest, logging off, and logging back on, it still has it. When I attempt to access the "Report a Bug" screen (either in-game or in the correct forum) I get an error message or a blank screen.

Any advice as to how to resolve this?

The blindness is a curse. drink a remove curse pot, have someone cast the spell on you, spirit binders can cast the spell on you, equip bindness immunity item till then.

Since when is blindness a curse? And unless it has been changed, blindness immunity does nothing if already blinded.

Are you F2P? They can't raise tickets.

Try /death from a public area to go to a tavern where you are bound and beg in general for a cure blindness spell from a helpful caster.

You could try and find your way to a potion dealer but not easy unless a friend or guildy guides you.

Since when is blindness a curse?

In this quest it is a curse. the DM text also indicates it is. Blindness immunity blocks the blindness effect from occuring, but does not remove the underlying curse.
This is WAI. has been this way for years and years.

If you /death to your bind point, you can use the spirit binder there to cast remove curse. might take some "q" and "e" skills with a dark screen though
