question about WHEN exactly i will downgrade...

ok, i have canceled my VIP, and i was allowing the sub to run out. when i check my account it says "pending cancellation, 11/23/11. Today i see an ad for store sales: Monk 20%, 18-23rd. my question is this... does my sub actually downgrade on the morning of the 23rd, or the end of the 23rd? because dangit i don't want to wait for another monk sale. kick me out a day early! lol

I cant honestly remember, its ages now since I downgraded, but I thought Id put a theory up till someone can answer you catagorically.... and, free bump.

You can call customer service and ask them to end your VIP status early if you want to make sure that you get premiumized in time. Might as well drag your feet until next Tuesday on that, though, since you can get a few more days of elite unlock before you need to worry about the Monk sale.

I think if you click on "show all items" in the store you can buy it. Not sure tho' and I can't check cuz I went premium a month ago.

yeah, that's what i was thinking of doing. get a few more days of elite unlocks and free passage into the challenges, then call and say "ok, that's enough" but if my sub ends the morning of the 23rd instead of the end of the 23rd, that overlaps with the monk sale and i don't have to call anyone or do anything.

Cancellations don't fully take effect until the end of the time you've already paid for.

They do take effect in the morning of the date listed on the Account Management website.

I'm sorry, but Account Management Support can't adjust downgrade dates to accommodate store sales. However, it doesn't sound like this will be an issue for you.
