As you've already noticed, you can't have both Arrow of Slaying and RS auras anymore, so you need to decide which is more important. Since wowo's monkcher builds focus on ranged DPS, I'll take a stab at replicating that here:

Primarily ranged-focused, but even though she's not a "serious" healer, she still has bursts w/Endless TU, Imp Emp Heal, and Heal / MCSW spells.
With the changes to Divine Might, the HE rgr dilly is no longer sufficient; so I swapped the wiz splash for rgr to get Bow STR and "uncap" her DPS. I took rog dilly instead for +2d6 SA; I would also consider pally dilly instead for +4 or 5 saves. Fortunately, you no longer need WF:Ranged nor Mental Toughness or an arcane splash to get AA; also Toughness is no longer a must-have on most builds. Unfortunately, 10K Stars is now a feat rather than an enhancement, but I just swapped it with Toughness. Master Earth stance adds +1 crit multiplier on 19-20, so it's well worth adding if you can. Combat Archery got fixed w/U19, IIRC, and should now be WAI; I'm presuming someone took a +5 DEX tome (perhaps from Mabar) on this build.
I would also consider cleric (or FvS) 12 / monk 6 / rgr 2: you lose lvl 7 spells, but gain an extra feat (free Rapid Shot from rgr 2). This would let you move Emp Heal to, say, lvl 3 and IC:Ranged to lvl 18; then take Quicken at either 21 or 24 with CA in the other slot.
