KI and bows

So here is a couple of questions:

Is it possible to gain KI on crits with bow if u have Kensei line ?
Is it possible to gain KI on sneaks with bow if u have Ninja Spy ?
If none of above is possible is there any other way to gain SP with bow/ranged attacks ?

It is currently NOT possible to gain ki on attacks while using a ranged weapon.

Passive Ki generation sources (like Greater/Ultimate Ocean Stance) and Mountain Stance's on-hit Ki should work, though I can confirm neither. I'd be very surprised if these didn't generate Ki while wielding a bow, though.

I can confirm both work. Sneaking as a ninja spy also works.

Can u please enlighten me how exactly ki gaining as a ninja spy works ? I had a friend test it for me and he claims that he s not recieving any ki from sneaks. Maybe its bcause he has only Ninja Spy I or something. Also could any1 confirm that ki gain with bow as Ninja Spy is/isnt enough to never have to switch to wraps to get some ki ?

You get passive Ki generation while sneaking, that is, while in sneak mode. Not on sneak attacks.

It's not awesome, but it can be handy if you're stopped for a moment or not moving forward quickly.

Pretty sure it should.
