When you equip Epic Blasting Chime from other Trinket,
you suffer about 300 points of damage from Cacophonic Guard.

It also does not affect all constructs apparently.. So.. as its good for beating dummies, portals etc.. Does NOT work on most House C stuff including LoB... Either change the description of the item or plz make it actually work.

Is the damage a consstant proc or only on equip?
It sounds like somebody skipped a step and just took the damage effect from the epic elyd edge and typed it as on-equip rather than building a guard effect on-equip.
