old issue please help

i did not know this game had any form of customer service long ago i quit for a while because my brother deleted my character Cirenia level 18 sorc and i was wondering if it was possible to ever get it back i just now figured out or was told that a post might help me out!

realm was agamagen or something of that nature can't quite recall this is my last hope ;/

Go to http://support.turbine.com and in the search type in undelete

You'll get some results on the right hand side, the one you're looking for is titled DDO Character Undelete FAQs
