GNOMES need to be added, plain and simple. +2 con, -2 str (along with stadard racials) gnomes.
side note: *** is with all these kobolds? I support (NOT vote for) kobolds as long as they have -2 str, +4 dex, -2 con, -2 cha AND have only half the hit dice of every class (i.e. arcane 2 hp/lvl, barbs 6 hp/lvl, etc.).

Heck, Kobolds are already the only race in the game with actual voices! And you're suggesting that it's not already patently obvious that they're going to be the next playable race? Pull the other one, it's got prayer beads on.
