Yay, just completed the Epic Boots of Corrosion. Now all I need is the Helm shard and I have the complete set. Got the repeater and the bastard sword from CitW so far.
After getting the boots, I crave that abbot quiver now because of the lack of strider.
How's the update now on your end?
I believe that Epic Levels also grant +1 to all skills each level for levels 21-25 so you should have 5 more points. If you still don't have enough (don't have the items or what not) you can get 6 more Spot/Search/Disable/Open with via Shadow Dancer's Technician with 3 EDPs & 1 more for every skill Shadow Dancer's Skill Mastery for 1 EDP (but you have to give up something else in the ED to do that)...

I have been using this build and am loving it. As for the DEX vs STR argument, there's a lot more stuff out there that will drop your STR than your dex. When your STR gets too low, you become burdened = death. Combine that with the (small) extra damage, not having to spend a feat on Weapon Finess, and being able to spread your points out, I agree with the OP and say go with moderate STR for this build.
I absolutely love Assassinating orange names. On the first try. Absolutely. love. it.
"(Party): Woah, the oranged name just popped. What was that?"
Do you know the target for assassinating the devils or armorers in EH/EE Chrono? I have a 56 dc at the moment, and I can't seem to get them to fall (die). Everything else isn't a problem... but I'd love to be able to get those orange names to fall.
O yeah, and the Dire Bears in the High Road quests on EE as well... I doubt you guys know the exact assassinate dc, but whatever you seem to find that's working for you.

How long did it take you to get the citw weapons?
I now have everything else, cept abbot quiver... though not everything is slotted. Waiting till after U17... and for more dungeon tokens. But finally got the epic abishai set as well as that elusive +8 clever ring... cost me a pretty penny for that.
I'm loving this build. Thanks again for sharing.
My question is, is ff really necessary to for a slot? If you've farmed eChrono that many times I'm assuming you have an epic timeblade, which has fom and ff. Wouldn't it make more sense just to equip the e timeblade in cases when ff is needed?
Currently level 24. I just got the bloodstone shard. Just need the scroll than I'm done.
After getting the estone I'm really craving Epic spell storing ring.
Do you know the HP of the devils and armourers in echrono? Im torquing out 300+ dmg a swing but cant seem too trip them(die, kill, abolish, amuse, annul, assassinate, attract, bag, behead ETC.)
Also im pretty sure the Dire bears on EE have like 1 million hp. Almost impossible to kill them. What's working for guys?
How long would it take to get the citw weapons?
But I finally obtained the ebloodstone so I achieved the ultimate title in ddo.
I don't really like this build but thanks for sharing it. I had a friend that did something like this. He was a palemaster.
My question is: What should I slot on my Epic Bloodstone??!?

Hold up on slotting epic gear until U17 hits, folks.
The preview I just looked at changes the whole ball of wax. I will comment further on it after it is released. It looks like some major changes will be forthcoming. Most likely no need for tod rings in favor of epic rings with slots and some other consolidation related changes. 5-piece abashai set will certainly be even better!

So basically you relayed what you saw on the youtube vid? A tad bit late.
Abi sets would still be garbage considering 1 glove slot gives you the set bonus instead of 3 items. As well as seeker 10.
Tod rings will still be dominate unless augments give 2d6 every swing and +2 to dmg. Most epic rings are complete garbage. I honestly cant think of a good one.
