Anyone else having a problem with Madstone boots clicky not working? No effect whatsoever?

Also seems not to proc.

Was fine last life, after TR this life (and/or after update since they were at the same time), they do not work.

Are you in a defensive stance? I know rage won't work in defensive stances, I think it's the same for Madstone.

Used em last night in shroud no problem, both hit effect and clickie, is there something preventing rage being cast on you, like above poster said about def stance?

The safe bet is this. Cause I know mine are proccing way too much and unfortunately prevents monks from activating light buffs.
