Anyone know what this is? I just had two wands offered as quest rewards and in the description for both it said they could be combined with a Wand Bracelet in the Stone of Change to have new properties bestowed on them.
Searching the forum, compendium, Store, and wiki revealed nothing. I selected one of the wands to see what the go is and my curiosity is running fairly high.

It is an item that was removed or did not made into u12, we might still see it in the future when it gets fixed.
Not the first time this happens, and overall it is good that they try new things with items, so let's wait.
