Default Misunderstanding on my part, or error?

I thought that I would receive 500 TPs per month, while subbed as a VIP. I did receive 500 TPs, but only once in the past three months, according to the TP history that I accessed while in the DDO store -- I subbed under the "$29.99 for 3 months" offer, as further background information.

Did I misunderstand the terms, or should I be requesting of Turbine's customer service that I be given 1000 more TPs?

Not a VIP myself, but AFAIK VIP's receive 500 TPs monthly.

Contact the customer service to solve your problem.

I complained about this a while back.

It shows in your purchase history as Bonus:Subscriber Bonus and it's a huge entry. If you have other bonus rewards on that page, the size is fixed and can't be changed so if it's the last or second to last entry on the page you are on, you won't see it.

When there are large entries, the last 2 on the page get cut off. There is no way that I have found to see them, other than to try sorting different ways to see if you can see the entries you are looking for.

Try sorting by the top arrow on the Points Added column and see if you see it there.

You should see the vip bonus points in your history in the store. That was changed when they allowed the purchase history to be viewable.

The amount of TPs in my account seemed too low, and so I logged into a character to view the VIP bonus points awarded in my DDO store purchase history. I have several 25 point bonuses listed and one 500 point bonus listed, and that's it for listed bonuses.

I'll contact customer service. Thank you for the replies.

Thank you for the suggestion; it proved helpful when I visited the DDO store a few minutes ago.

Customer service made up the difference and contacted me to let me know. I've just finished confirming that everything has been straightened out by visiting the DDO store, while logged into a character.

    Happily, this was quickly resolved.
