Spell Targeting

Is it just me or has Targeting gotten odd after the update? I keep all the soft targeting off and often run around in Mouse Look mode and even after activating a mob, until they get really close I can't hard target them with my "Next Target" key like I used too.

If anyone else had this issue and solved it I would love to know what you did.

There's currently a bug that stealthed mobs are visible, so you can see them but they're stealthed so you can't target them
