Buying of Supreme Tomes

One of my Character recently reincarnated and hit the appropriate level for eating a tome. However I can't buy a supreme tome for this character (it is red and disallowed). However an other character of mine can. The question is if those tomes are bound to account in which case I could transfer it to the character and eat it then.

I will anyway file as well a bug report as I think it is wrong if my character can't buy this tome while it is available on an other character.

Are you sure you meet the min level requirements for the tome bonus in question? +1 are ML 3, +2 ML 7 and +3 ML 11.

The tomes are inderd bound to account, but unless you meet the level requirement for the tome binus you will still be unable to use it until you meet the required level.

Mhh, thanks for the feedback and well lets see ... right now I hit level 12 so yes I am almost sure I meet the requirements

I could buy single tomes without issue on that character, but not the supreme tomes. Maybe it is due to the fact that I already ate a single stat tome to apply for a feat. The DDO store seems to have some filter included that prevent one from buying tomes for stats you already have updated. Unfortunately this also block the supreme tomes.
I already dislike if Windows sometimes act more intelligent then the one before the keyboard. I mean, I don't care if you have to explicitly enable to 'show all results', but I really not need this kind of help to tell me that tomes not stack and therefore prevent buying them

Thats why I would like to know if anybody could confirm that DDO store bought tomes are BtA.

I'm pretty sure that if you've used any tome on that toon, store or otherwise, it "invalidates" the supreme tome. That may be what you're running in to.

And I'll repeat that the tomes, including the supremes, are bount to account. Although I've never had a problem purchasing items otherwise blocked from my character when filter was turned off (ie I've purchased true hearts of wood on a non lvl 20 character which would otherwise have had it filtered)

You may have a bigger issue with the store itself.
